Account Rules
- Ek phone number pe sirf ek account allowed hai
- Aap apna OTP, password ya account credentials kisi se share nahi karein ge
- Account ki security aap ki zimedari hai — compromise hone par faoran report karein
- Fake information dene par account permanently ban ho sakta hai
- Business accounts ke liye alag terms apply hoti hain
⚠️ ZeeMart aap se kabhi bhi phone ya WhatsApp pe OTP, password ya bank details nahi maangega.
Orders & Payment
Order place karte waqt:
- Order confirm hone ke baad price lock ho jaati hai
- Payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, COD (selected areas)
- COD pe extra charge lag sakta hai
- Payment failure pe order auto-cancel ho jaata hai
- Bulk orders (5+ animals) ke liye pehle contact karein

Delivery Terms
- Delivery dates approximate hain — Eid period mein variation possible hai
- Correct delivery address dena customer ki zimedari hai
- Delivery ke waqt koi responsible person present hona chahiye
- 3 delivery attempts ke baad order cancel ho sakta hai
- Selected cities mein hi delivery available hai — check karein before ordering
⚠️ Eid ki 72 ghante pehle wali orders ki delivery guarantee nahi di ja sakti — hamare saath coordinate karein.
Prohibited Use
Yeh kaam bilkul allowed nahi:
- Fake orders place karna ya fraudulent transactions
- Platform ko hack karne ya reverse-engineer karne ki koshish
- Dusre users ko harass karna ya spam karna
- Animals ki resale ya commercial use bina permission ke
- False reviews ya misleading information post karna
- Multiple accounts bana kar promotions abuse karna
❌ Violation pe account suspend ya permanently ban kiya ja sakta hai aur legal action bhi ho sakta hai.
Limitation of Liability
ZeeMart ki liability kisi bhi case mein aap ke order ki total value se zyada nahi hogi. Hum zimmedar nahi hain:
- Internet connectivity issues ki wajah se hone wali delays
- Natural calamities ya force majeure events
- Customer ki galat information se hone wale nuksaan
- Third-party services (payment gateways, logistics partners) ke issues
Intellectual Property
ZeeMart ka naam, logo, images, content aur code — yeh sab hamare intellectual property hain. Aap:
- Platform ka personal use kar sakte hain
- Content copy, reproduce ya redistribute nahi kar sakte bina written permission ke
- ZeeMart brand name commercial purposes ke liye use nahi kar sakte
Changes to Terms
ZeeMart yeh terms kabhi bhi update kar sakta hai. Significant changes ke liye:
- App notification ya SMS ke through inform kiya jayega
- Updated terms is page pe publish honge with new effective date
- Change ke baad continued use = acceptance of new terms
