Overview

ZeeMart pe hum Qurbani animals ki delivery mein puri koshish karte hain ke quality aur condition best ho. Agar koi masla aaye toh yeh policy aap ki madad karti hai.

📌 Note: Qurbani animals ki nature ki wajah se, delivery ke baad refunds sirf specific conditions mein diye jaate hain. Please poori policy zaroor padhen.

Refund Eligibility

Aap refund ke liye eligible hain agar:

  • Deliver kiya gaya animal order description se bilkul alag ho (different breed/weight)
  • Animal delivery ke waqt beemar ya injured ho
  • Humari galti se delivery nahi hui aur Eid se pehle cancel ho gayi
  • Duplicate payment ya double charge hua ho
  • Technical error se payment cut hui lekin order confirm nahi hua

Refund Timeline

Refund approve hone ke baad:

Day 1 — Complaint SubmitPhotos/video ke saath refund request karein
Day 1–2 — ReviewHamari team complaint verify karti hai
Day 3 — DecisionSMS/WhatsApp pe approval ya rejection notification
Day 4–7 — CreditUPI: 1–2 din · Card: 5–7 business days

⚠️ Eid peak period: Eid ke 3 din pehle aur baad processing mein 2–3 extra din lag sakte hain.

How to Request a Refund

  • Delivery ke 2 ghante ke andar photo/video ke saath complaint karein
  • App → "My Orders → Report Issue" ya WhatsApp pe message karein
  • Order ID, issue description aur evidence attach karein
  • Hamari team se confirmation SMS ka intezaar karein
  • Refund original payment method pe wapas ayega

Tip: Delivery ke waqt animal ki video zaroor banayein — yeh fastest resolution mein madad karta hai.

Cancellations

  • Dispatch se pehle cancel karein → 80% refund (20% processing fee)
  • Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi hai
  • Request sirf app ya WhatsApp se accept hogi
  • Eid se 48 ghante pehle cancellations accept nahi ki jayengi

Non-Refundable Cases

In cases mein refund nahi milega:

  • Weight ±5% natural variation ke andar ho
  • Color ya markings mein slight natural difference ho
  • Delivery ke 2 ghante baad complaint ki gayi ho
  • Personal reasons se zaroorat change ho gayi
  • Galat delivery address diya gaya tha
